In the early morning hours of Saturday, Feb. 1, 2025, the Gallatin County Coroner’s Office investigated a death in the emergency room of Bozeman Health Deaconess Regional Medical Center. The victim was identified as 38-year-old Richard L. Sherman of Bozeman. Sherman’s manner of death was determined to be homicide. The investigation into this death continues.
